The Narvi NC 16 is an oven of fantastic quality. It is very robustly built and has a fully cast iron combustion chamber. This guarantees a long service life of the oven. Not least, it has a timeless design, which means that it fits into any sauna.

In this sauna package, you get everything you need to get started with the Narvi NC 16 stove. The package includes the stove itself, stones, floor protection plate, front plate, pipe, and delivery to your home. You can choose between a black or stainless steel exterior. The wood-burning stove is suitable for saunas of 8-16 cubic metres. Use the calculator on the website to calculate your adjusted sauna volume.

The pipe is made with a special focus on fire safety and has a CE marking with fire safety class T600. The pipe is 2.5 meters and consists of first an uninsulated connecting pipe of 1 meter, then an insulated part of 1.2 meters, then a stabilizer for a normal or angled roof, 20 cm of insulation for the roof penetration, and another insulated part of 30 cm with rain hat. Read the "Pipe mounting" user manual for more information. If you want an extended pipe, we have included additional options to make this possible. Pipe can be connected either upwards or backwards. To connect it to the rear, another pipe is required. Contact us if this is of interest.

We deliver to the whole of Norway and shipping is included in the price. The delivery time is usually between one and two weeks, but can take either shorter or longer. The package is delivered by truck and unloaded as close as possible to the given address.

Leveringsprosessen

Vi leverer til hele Norge og frakt er inkludert i prisen. Leveringstiden ligger som oftest på mellom en og to uker, men kan både ta kortere eller lengre tid. Pakken leveres med lastebil og losses så nærme som mulig oppgitt adresse. 

Garanti og retur

Retur:

Varen kan returneres opp til 14 dager etter den er mottatt. Produktet kan ikke være brukt, og det må kunne returneres i samme tilstand som det ble levert. Kunden må selv betale for retur. HUSK, alltid avtal med kundeservice om du ønsker å returnere en vare. Retur som ikke er godkjent av kundeservice blir ikke akseptert. 

 

Garanti:

Dersom det er feil som Badstugutta er ansvarlige for, forplikter Badstugutta seg til å rette opp i feilen gjennom reparasjon, omlevering eller refusjon av kjøpesummen. 

Kunder må sjekke alle varer ved ankomst for å verifisere at varene er feilfrie. Dersom en klage mottas senere enn 7 dager etter produktet er mottatt, forbeholder Badstugutta seg retten til å avgjøre selv om feilen skal rettes opp i. Transportskader skal meldes til transportørens kundeservice og til Badstugutta sin egen kundeservice på ankomstdagen for leveringen.

Badstugutta har rett til å henvise kunden direkte til den respektive produsenten, eller til et serviceverksted for å rydde opp i feilen. Badstugutta sitt ansvar som følge av feil i varer er begrenset til det som er angitt.
