Saunas

Delivery and installation

We have both fully assembled saunas and saunas that are sold as building kits. If you choose a ready-made sauna, this is so heavy that it must be placed in the right place by a crane. If you choose a building kit, this can be carried in part by part to the location, but the package itself is so heavy that it must also be lowered from the truck with a crane. Building kits require a smaller faucet than a ready-made sauna. In the purchase process, we agree with the customer whether they want to arrange a crane themselves, or whether we will do it for them.

No assignment is too difficult, because we have access to professionals with cranes of all sizes, and can even contribute with ship or helicopter delivery, if needed.

Preparation of location

It is important to prepare the ground at the location so that it can support the weight of the sauna. Preferably cast a foundation in concrete. Help with this is something we offer, and something we will contact you about after a purchase. If you need advice or a price estimate, contact customer service.

The electrical

In some saunas, or when buying a sauna with an electric sauna stove, an electrician is needed to connect the sauna/stove to electricity. This is stated in the product description of the saunas in question. If you are unsure whether this applies to your product, contact customer service. We have electricians who can connect the saunas to electricity if you wish. This is not included in the prices, so if you need a price estimate in advance, contact customer service.

Water connections

In some saunas, a shower or toilet is installed. Here, a plumber is needed to connect this to the drain. This is stated in the product description of the saunas in question. If you are unsure whether this applies to your product, contact customer service.

Hot tubs

Delivery and installation

The hot tubs usually weigh between 100-200 kg, which means that they can be carried in place by approximately 4 adults. In the purchase process, we find a solution with the customer to deliver the hot tub as easily as possible. If you want carrying help, assembly with a crane, or helicopter delivery, this is something we offer, and something we will contact you about after a purchase. If you want a price estimate in advance, contact customer service.

In some electric hot tubs, or when purchasing some electric hot tub heaters, an electrician is needed to connect the hot tub/heater to electricity. This only applies to a few products, and it is usually stated in the product description of the products in question. If you are unsure whether this applies to your product, contact customer service. We have electricians who can connect the product to electricity if you wish.

Sauna stoves/Other

WE have free delivery throughout Norway on sauna stoves and accessories. If you order an electric sauna stove, it must usually be installed by an electrician. This is stated in the product description in any case. If you are unsure whether this applies to your product, contact customer service. We have electricians who can connect the product to electricity, and are happy to help with this. This is not included in the price, so if you want a price estimate, contact customer service.
