HIVE Heat 12 is an efficient and economical heater for smaller saunas. Thanks to its unique design, fresh air is directed from above to the combustion process to produce a powerful flame. As a result, the combustion is very clean and everything is burned up, including wood gases, which in less efficient stoves often escape through the pipe. The oven door is made of cast iron and is durable and easy to maintain. HIVE Heat meets standard BimSchV II, the German standard for wood stoves. The sauna is only treated with natural oils, no chemicals are used. Advantages - unique design for efficient combustion.

Vi har gratis levering i hele Norge på alle badstuovner som leveres uten stein. Levering skjer som regel innen 5 virkedager.

Garanti og retur

Retur:

Varen kan returneres opp til 14 dager etter den er mottatt. Produktet kan ikke være brukt, og det må kunne returneres i samme tilstand som det ble levert. Kunden må selv betale for retur. HUSK, alltid avtal med kundeservice om du ønsker å returnere en vare. Retur som ikke er godkjent av kundeservice blir ikke akseptert.

Garanti:

Ovnen kommer med en garanti på fire år.

Dersom det er feil som Badstugutta er ansvarlige for, forplikter Badstugutta seg til å rette opp i feilen gjennom reparasjon, omlevering eller refusjon av kjøpesummen.

Kunder må sjekke alle varer ved ankomst for å verifisere at varene er feilfrie. Dersom en klage mottas senere enn 7 dager etter produktet er mottatt, forbeholder Badstugutta seg retten til å avgjøre selv om feilen skal rettes opp i. Transportskader skal meldes til transportørens kundeservice og til Badstugutta sin egen kundeservice på ankomstdagen for leveringen.

Assembly

If your HUUM oven is electric, an electrician is needed to install it. Badstugutta has electricians who can arrange the installation, and we will contact you after a purchase regarding this. Ordering an electrician through us is not something you have to do, and it is therefore not included in the price. If you have any questions, you can contact customer service.

For the best effect, it is important that the stones are placed correctly, so that there is some air between each stone. More information about this can be found in the user manual, but if you have any questions, you can also contact customer service.
